SAHAY means "Help" in different Indian languages like Hindi, Gujarati, Sanskrit, Marathi, Bengali, Oriya etc. At the heart of the formation of SAHAY, was the insight that many MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium enterprises) businesses are going sick every year across the country and the empathy that one in need of help should receive the necessary help. We further found that Gujarat, home to the best management institute in the country (IIM-Ahmedabad) and a land known for the business prowess of its people is the second largest contributor to this number of shattered dreams and that is how our journey started in the city of Ahmedabad.

 

Sahay has been an endeavor to bring the top talent that goes and works for the best of consulting firms and corporates to roll up their sleeves and work hand-in-glove with MSME owners who through their sheer hard work and expertise have brought their businesses to a level and are unable to scale due to missing aspects of the right people, processes and technology (PPT).

While at it, we wish to repatriate the top management talent back to their hometown and states, make them self-reliant (AatmaNirbhar) entrepreneurs kicking off their practices in the StartUp India Movement, reunite with their families and friends rather than living in over-populated metros and also contribute to the prosperity of the region.
